Fortnite: How to Release Slurp into the Atmosphere

 Fortnite’s Season 4 is about to end, and right now, Week 14 is going on. Before making significant changes for Season 5, Epic Games has launched some interesting missions that players have to complete. Chapter 2, Season 4 is among the most anticipated seasons of Fortnite so far. There are plenty of rewards still available. Players still have a chance to claim all pending rewards. The Battle Pass is offering some interesting rewards that are worth obtaining.


This is the last week of Season 4, and players should complete as many challenges as possible to obtain all pending rewards. Just like every week, developers have added some new challenges in this too. Among several challenges, a special challenge is also available that asks the players to release Slurp into the atmosphere at certain locations.

Release Slurp

Fortunately, this mission is pretty simple. Players have to find the barrel of Slurp first and then use the Pickaxe to open it. To complete this challenge, you have to find Slurp and break the barrel in five different locations.

First Location

The best and the first location to find the Slurp, you have to reach Slurpy Swamp. There you’ll find plenty of Slurp barrels in location. Once you find your first barrel, use your Pickaxe to break it. After hitting it multiple times, it will break, and the Slurp will release into the sky. Later on, you have to find a factory in Swamp close to the purple bridge. There are several more barrels located nearby the factory.

Outside the Factory

Now move outside of the Slurpy Swamp and reach the riverside. There you’ll find two barrels of Slurp. You simply need to break those barrels to complete the task. However, if you have already broken five barrels, these additional barrels will not be added to the record.

The Final Barrel

The final barrel is also at Slurpy Swamp. To find this final barrel, you have to travel to Doom’s Domain situated on the southern side. It’s a popular area in Season 4, but it might be removed in the next season. Once you reach the location, you’ll find a huge Slurp loaded truck close to the red bridge. Break it by using the Pickaxe, and all five locations will be completed to finish the challenge.

These are the final challenges from Season 4. Before the ending of Season 4, make sure to complete the current week’s challenges to obtain XP. There are multiple premium rewards available for players, but players have to collect a huge amount of XP.

The fans of Fortnite are very satisfied with Season 4 and all weekly challenges. Developers have added plenty of unique challenges, rewards, and locations. Players can obtain rewards by completing the challenges, but some locations will be changed in Season 5. There are some premium cosmetics and skins available that players have to claim before Season 4 ends.
